The plaster consists of a pad, adhesive on one side backed with muslin cloth cut in two. The pad is faced with muslin, printed with name and address of manufacturer, with 2 discs of copper and 2 of another metal situated between the pad and facing cloth.
993.869.1: Kidney DishKidney Dish, 20th Cent. Enameled shallow basin, kidney-shaped, with sloping walls and a navy blue rim. Manufacturer's logo is highlighted in blue on the underside of the basin.

The drape is folded but opens out into an impermeable transparent 30cm x 45cm sized sheet backed with pressure-sensitive adhesive. Within the package is a product information and instruction sheet.
999.3.106: SterilizerSterilizer, 1936-1950 Small, rectangular, electrical sterilizer with a perforated inner tray which is elevated by lifting the hinged lid with a side lever. Attached to the side of the sterilizer is a 3-heat switch control dial, 'LOW MED HIGH' and an emptying drain valve. 'CASTLE' is stamped on the front panel within a diamond shape. Patent details are stamped into the base 'PAT. FEB. 6. 06' 'PAT. JULY 25. 16' and 'PAT. JULY 1. 19' and the following information '110 VOLT 9 AMP MADE IN U.S.A.' and 'B2889'.
993.1378.1: SterilizerSterilizer, 1921-1960 Small, portable, rectangular, electrical instrument boiler with a perforated inner tray which is elevated by lifting the lid. The instrument has insulated legs and handle, and a rubber-covered connecting cord, a plug and a 'SNAPIT' on/off switch. 'Empire' is etched into the front panel. A plate attached to the back of the sterilizer gives the following manufacturer's and instrument details: 'SURGICAL SUPPLIES (CANADA) LTD., MANUFACTURERS.TORONTO' and 'CAT. No. 942, SERIAL NO. S234, C.E.S.A. APP. NO. 6187'.

Two-piece top which can be tilted side to side with a foot pedal. The head rest adjusts to three positions with a release lever on the sides.
