MOYNIHAN'S towel clamp: curved head with 2 x 2 sharp prong tips, screw lock, long shanks, short ratchet lock and finger ring handles. 'NIPPON ®' stamped into the surface.

  • History of Use: Moynihan Clamps are used to secure towels to the drape in a surgical procedure. Used by Dr. Bill French [1920-1992] who was a general surgeon at the Burris Clinic, Kamloops British Columbia circa 1952 to 1972. In 1972 he joined the Workers Compensation Board in Vancouver and moved to Tsawwassen.
